Mankind has always thrived on innovation and it is this innovative instinct which inspired our prehistoric cave-dwelling ancestors to make new discoveries. Since then there have been irreversible changes which have totally transformed the face of our planet from those early days but the streak of innovation still remains the same and continues to drive men towards new frontiers.
It is courtesy of this innovative thought process that 3D cartoon animation, which was considered as being nearly impossible prior to the advent of computers, was suddenly found to be within reach with the promise of opening a whole galaxy of possibilities.
Although there is no one single person who can be credited and honored for having discovered this technological advancement, the burgeoning idea of 3D cartoon animation was given shape for the first time in 1961 by Ivan Sutherland who created an interactive sketchpad software package which allowed users to draw images on the computer and replicate them. This acted as an inspiration for a number of professionals dedicated to this field and the final breakthrough came during the 1980s' when the first image editing program in form of the Adobe Photoshop was created and subsequently released. The immense global popularity of the concept could be gauged by the fact that most of the media carriers like movies, advertisements and even magazines incorporated its application in their field of business.

[edit]Plot
Working at the Blinking Light Factory is basic for Mechanicals and Organics, but Robot and Monster make an odd couple, since Robot is serious and Monster is always goofy, but that doesn't keep them from being best friends. They do everything together, such as testing gadgets out, dreaming of JD and Spitfire, taking care of their pet Marf, avoiding both the annoying Ogo and Robot's arrogant brother Gart, and eating tons of bacon.

[edit]Main characters
Robot Default (Curtis Armstrong) is an orange robot and is the Quality Control Inspector at the Blinking Light Factory. Robot always feels like the world is trying to keep him down, even his know-it-all brother Gart doesn't help at all. Luckily, after meeting Monster, who believes in him all the way, Robot is now best friends with Monster.
Monster Krumholtz (Harland Williams) is a purple minotaur-like monster with a bowler hat on his head. Monster is the eternal optimist living by the motto that "Good things happen to good people," and that all people are good. Monster is an extremely outgoing Organic that is endlessly fascinated by the little things in life. Monster is driven to make everyone happy, and the need to explore the "shiny thing." But because of Monster's fascination with the world, he is very easy to fool. Unlike Robot, Monster feels like everything goes his way, although it doesn't, making him a very good friend to have around. His last name is revealed to be Krumholtz in "Hornica".
Marf (Curtis Armstrong) is a pet of Monster. He is a block of metal that acts like a dog, and only says "marf".
Gart Default (Maurice LaMarche) is Robot's evil, arrogant, overbearing older brother and his supervisor. He runs their father's Blinking Light factory.
J.D. (Megan Hilty) is a cool, rebellious biker chick whose best friend is her equally hip robotic bike,
Spitfire (Cree Summer) is JD's equally hip robotic bike. They are inseparable best friends and regulars at the local bacon joint, Makin' Bacon. JD can be hot-headed at times, while Spitfire is more rational and willing to avoid fights. JD can be a little bossy, and Spitfire can be rude, as stated in "Biker Girls".
Ogo (Jonathan Slavin) is the third wheel of Robot and Monster's friendship. He constantly tries to involve himself in the duo's doings, and just can't seem to grasp that he isn't part of the team. Ogo has been known to survive near death experiences. In "Ogo's Cool", Ogo acts like Robot & Monster and Robot & Monster acts like Ogo because of Robot's coolray.

Female Cartoon Images Biography

Autobots, Female
A group of Autobots whose appearances resemble those of human women. It is hotly debated whether or not the differences between "male" and "female" Transformers are merely superficial.
Cartoon Bio (US):
Elita-One
Arcee
Beta
Beta is one of the Autobots who battled against the Quintessons in the time after the rebellion against their former masters began. She was one of the leading figures (possibly A-3's second-in-command), and was also the first to encounter the Autobots who accidentallly travelled back in time from 2006.
Firestar
Firestar is one of the female Autobots that help defend Cybertron with Elita-1. Firestar has the ability to transform into a vehicle that looks like a red truck. Firestar was last seen hanging with Inferno.
Chromia
Chromia is one of many female Autobots that fight alongside Elita-1. She enjoys her life as a fighter, and shows personality and interests similar to her Autobot companion, Ironhide.
Moonracer
Moonracer isn't like other female Autobots. She shows a lot of ambtion and willingness towards the Autobot's goal of domination over the Decepticons. Moonracer enjoys the times she shares with Powerglide.
Firestar, Chromia, and Moonracer articles submitted by Wes Whitten.
Cartoon Bio (Japan):
In addition to the females mentioned in the US Cartoon Bio, the following female Autobots appeared in the Japanese cartoons.
Minerva
An Autobot Headmaster Junior who also served as a medic. She is also known as Minelba. (Note: Her toy is the Japanese version of North America's Nightbeat)
Weaver
Hori's girlfriend.

Owl Cartoon Images Biography

Name: Owlia the Owl
Gender: Female
Species: Eurasian Eagle-owl
Age: 15
4th 'Big Swan' character created.
Conceptualisation:
After I drew Pea Eea (now Peatail) and Big Swan (now Berura) as the main characters for several comics, I decided to have an owl side character, along with a parrot one (Parot, now Scarlett). I named her Owly.
Generation 1 (2006-2012):
Owly was often depicted as the kind who doesn't like to beat about the bush, and likes to get things done directly. She lived in a messy house, and is called upon to help catch rats/mice (non-anthro ones!  ) and sell them for extra pocket money. However, because of her nocturnal nature, she often falls asleep during class, and not even an earthquake will wake her. She is never drawn with her eyes fully open. Whenever Parot appears in my comics, Owly will most likely be in the same issue too, considering the fact that they were both conceptualised on the same date.
Generation 2 (2012-present) :
Owlia is now a relatively peaceful and streetwise character, always being able to remain calm in the worst of situations (as seen in [link]) . This doesn't mean that she doesn't bother about things. She is just so...calm  She is very close to Scarlett, and treats her as her younger sister, while Scarlett teaches Owlia some of her tech knowledge. She is much more active and alert at night still. Thanks to  for the feedback while I was redesigning her!
Abilities and strengths:
Has night-vision (is able to see in the dark), and has good hearing and eyesight. Is able to stay clam in the tensest of situations. She can fly silently.
